My name is Susie and I teach Pilates at Foxham Reading Room. I also teach private and small group sessions at the Santosha Studio in Chippenham and at my home studio in Christian Malford. Sessions can also be booked at clients homes.
Pilates is a method of exercising suitable for men and women of all levels of fitness. It is a highly effective way of developing the body’s strength and flexibility leading to improved posture and alignment.
Practising Pilates using a fascial approach has given me a greater sense of wellbeing and energy.
